Once you’ve been set up with access to your Tru Online Solutions Dashboard, you will receive an email from NoReply@TruOnlineSolutions.com containing a temporary password. This password will be force changed on first login.
This platform is equipped with multi-factor authentication. Each time you login to the TOS Pro Dashboard, you will be prompted to input your 6-digit MFA code that is sent to your mobile device via SMS.
Upon initial login, you will review and accept the Privacy Policy.
