Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Select “New Template”
From the Batch Payments screen, click New Template in the Templates section.
Note: Templates only store transaction details. You must create and submit a batch to process payments.
Step 2: Name the Template and Select Type
Enter a name for your template and choose the Type of payments:
- Credits Only
- Debits Only
- Debits and Credits
Then click Next.
Step 3: Add a New Transaction
Once the template is created, you’ll see the transaction entry screen. Click New Transaction.
This will open a new window where you can input the payment details such as:
- Name
- Individual ID
- Routing Number
- Account Number
- Payment Type
- Amount
Repeat this step for each additional entry in the batch.
